The Vinyard
Vinchio Vaglio Serra wines was created in 1959 by 19 vine-growers from the towns of Vinchio and Vaglio Serra. there are now 180 members in the co-operative, and about 320 hectares of vineyard.
Most of the vineyards are located on very steep slopes, where plants grow close to each other and get the best exposure to the sun. the vineyard is dedicated to a low carbon impact with very limited use of pesticides.
